This is the fifth release under the SHEET line.
This release is synonymous with the first release where 6 different coffees from the same producer/farm are combined to represent the producer/farm profile.
This sheet showcases the innovations done on Campo Hermoso by the well-known producer Edwin Norena.
6 different roasters make up the sheet’s components and so you might be trying some of these roasters for the first time.
In this sheet you will get:
- Wush Wush, processed thru a Lactic+Mossto Fermentation process. Roasted by COLLABREWERS.
- Red Bourbon, processed thru an Anaerobic fermentation as whole cherries and then dried as a Natural. Roasted by STITCH COFFEE.
- Papayo, anaerobically fermented cherries followed a second stage of fermentation after depulping and finished as a washed. Roasted by Backpack Roaster.
- Sidra, anaerobically fermented cherries in a carbon dioxide rich environment and then depulped and washed. Roasted by Passport Coffee.
- Typica, anaerobically fermented cherries followed a second stage of fermentation after depulping and finished as a washed. Roasted by Hartwood Coffee Roasters.
- Caturra, cherries are fermented whole with strawberry extract and mossto. Roasted by Headlands Coffee.
This product is 6 individually vacuum sealed pouches, each pouch is 15 grams of whole roasted coffee (6x 15g = 90 g)
