As the name suggests, this sheet compiles 6 different varieties grown on the Colombian terroir and processed as a traditional fully washed method.
More and more anaerobically fermented coffees are appearing on the market, see SHEET003: Fruits from Los Nogales, and are taking the coffee scene by storm.
However, there are less interesting varieties that are being preserved and presented in true representative form, i.e. processed as ‘washed’.
In this sheet, varieties such as Geisha, Sudan Rume and Java alongside new ones like Arusi, local ones like Orange Wush Wush and an interesting Kenyan SL28 are shared with the brewers.
Grab a sheet to explore more, a sheet to re-train the brewers palate on washed coffee out of Colombia and more importantly a true representation of terroir.
This sheet consists of 6x Individually Vacuum Sealed Doses. Each dose is a single serve of 15g (plus a few to purge).
A full info card, recommended recipes, our cup experiences and a stock-list are all found along with the sheet.
