This is release number 002 of the third initiative.
Costa Rica is one of the leading producing countries when it comes to variety development. In this sheet, you will get to taste three different dominant varieties of Costa Rica, grown and processed at Hacienda Sonora.
Costa Rica is also home to the Honey process. Luis Eduardo Campos advanced the Honey process by adding Thermal Energy to the fermentation and coined the term “Termico” Process.
When you hear Costa Rica, a world-renowned farm resonates and this sheet would be incomplete without a dose from it. VOLCAN AZUL, the pride of multigenerational producers, now led by Alejo Castro. A world-renowned farm is represented by none other than a Geisha variety processed as a natural.
Throughout the sheet, the flavors are crisp, bright, balanced, sweet and everything in between. However, complete the taste experience, a FRUIT BOMB is included. This is a Black Honey processed Caturra from another Tier-1 farm, LAS LAJAS.

*Each coffee is of a 15g dose, individually vacuum sealed and labelled. Total amount of coffee beans is 6x15g=90g
