Coffee Bag 001: Caturra from Los Nogales

In February 2024, Mohamad competed in his first National Brewers Cup competition while using a 144hr fermented Washed Typica from Los Nogales.

To accompany the release of SHEET 003, this coffee celebrates the very same processing of the coffee used in 2024 competition.

This coffee also celebrates the harvest of the young producers Oscar, Angie and Anibal who have also ranked highly with their coffee in 2024 on the world stage.
